What our patients say...

Back and neck pain were affecting my sleep and making me feel stressed.
What Gary did to help was magic.
For knowledge, advice and overall magic fingers, I can’t recommend him enough.
Gemma Holmes, Glossop

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and require treatments regularly to keep my body in check.
Gary’s treatment always leaves me feeling lighter and brighter and able to move free of pain. Thank you!
Bethany O’Toole, Glossop

A painful injury to my lower back and legs put a halt to my training regime. I didn’t think anything was going to work until I was introduced to Gary, whose treatment led to fast results. Thanks, Gary, for your support and honesty through the rehabilitation of my ruptured disc injury. I thought I’d never get back to doing my sports.
Phil Thompson (trail running, mountain biking, OCR)

Our approach

Experienced chiropractor Gary Willis has trained in two core techniques to offer care for people of all ages.

The Diversified technique involves placing pressure on part of your spine or body to make quick, painless adjustments that help restore movement. Diversified sometimes causes the ‘popping’ sound you might associate with chiropractic.

The McTimoney technique targets specific areas of the body with a gentler touch. As it’s slower and less forceful, it’s much less likely to cause a click or pop, and tends to be ideal for our older patients.

Both techniques complement Gary’s essential soft tissue work, which tackles muscle imbalance or dysfunction.
